从建立四种临场感的角度谈如何提高在线辅导的效率 被引量:1

摘要 在线辅导不同于面授辅导,对参与其中的教师提出了更高要求,辅导教师除了要在教学内容上多做努力外,还要在教学方法上有所改进,尤其要注意四种临场感支持策略的有效运用。具体讲来,主要从辅导前重视学生个人资料的收集、学习兴趣的调动到辅导中给予学生持续的激励与关注、帮助学生搭建脚手架到最后及时帮助学生进行知识的总结等几个方面来进行。 Online tutoring is different from face-to-face tutoring, which raises higher requirement for teachers.Tutors should not only improve the teaching content, but also make improvements on the teaching methods, especial-ly the effective use of four kinds of presence strategies. Specifically, measures should be taken from the followingseveral aspects: paying attention to students personal information before tutoring; inspiring studentsj interest in learn-ing; giving students sustained motivation and attention; and timely helping summarize the knowledge.
