摘要
文章分析了大学生科技竞赛保障体系构建在大学生创新能力培养、大学生科技活动良性发展、促进高校教育改革等方面的重要意义,并以北京化工大学面向低年级本科生的"萌芽杯"科技创新及学术论文大赛为例对科技竞赛活动制度保障体系的构建、科技竞赛活动资源的优化整合和科技竞赛活动平台的承接性搭建等进行了初步探讨。
This paper analyzes the significance of security system construction on the cultivation of undergraduateinnovation ability, the development of undergraduate science and technology activities, and the promotion of educationreform in colleges and universities. Combining with the practice that students of Beijing University of Chemical Tech-nology take part in "Germination Cup" science and technology competition,the article analyzes and explores the con-struction of guarantee system, optimization and integration of competition activities, and the construction of platform ofscience and technology competition.
