党中央在"两学一做"学习教育活动中,对全体党员提出了"四讲四有"的要求。辅导员作为站在高校思想政治教育一线的党员,其政治素质如何,在党员群体中显得尤为重要。但当下的辅导员队伍中仍存在着一些辅导员的政治素质与职业要求不匹配的情况。辅导员政治素质的培养和提高,除了外界的教育和培养,更重要的是需要我们辅导员们提高自觉性、主动性,加强自身学习和自我塑造。
