高校思想政治辅导员满意度全程动态管理探究

高校思想政治辅导员是高校一支独特的队伍。这支队伍能够及时发现高校学生的心理状态波动,及时解决高校学生会遇见的心理问题,并且把很多可能出现的事故遏制在萌芽之中,对改善高校校园环境,整肃高校学生人心,让高校校园呈现积极健康向上的景象,起到了巨大的贡献。但是高校却对辅导员满意度动态管理不到位,影响了这支队伍的稳定性,这对高校开展思想政治教育十分不利。因此,高校应该十分重视辅导员满意度动态管理。

College ideological and political counselors constitute a unique team of colleges and universities. This team can promptly find the psychological problems of college students, so as to solve them timely. In this way, a lot of possible accidents will be con- tained in the bud, and campus environment will also be im- proved. Besides, college students＇ mind will be purified, so that the campus environment will be positive and healthy. But the dy- namic management of college counselors＇ degree of satisfaction is ineffective, which affects the stability of this team and the imple- mentation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities should attach great importance to the dynamic management of counselors＇ de- gree of satisfaction.
