积极心理学视野下提升医学高职院校教师幸福感的实践研究

摘要 本文使用总体幸福感量表(General Well-Being Schedule,简称GWB)调查医学类高职院教师幸福感状况,使用自编问卷调查能够提升教师幸福感的因素,并根据调查结果提出提升医学高职院教师幸福感的具体建议与对策。 With General Well-Being Schedule (GWB), this paper investigated the teachers' sense of well-being in medical higher vocational colleges. The use of self-made questionnaires can im- prove the factors of teachers' sense of well-being. In accordance with the investigation result, this paper puts forward the specific suggestions and countermeasures for improving the teachers' sense of well-being in medical higher vocational colleges.
