摘要 幼儿园教育作为终身教育的奠基工程,对提高中华民族素质,培养各级各类人才,具有先导性的作用。而教师专业素质的提升除了自我养成外,离不开有效的培训。为了提升幼儿园教师的整体素质,保证幼儿园教师培训质量,我国出台了一系列政策,从不同的角度对幼儿园教师培训的实施给予了引领和保障。本文以我国近五年关于幼儿园教师培训政策的分析为依托,从"为什么培训"、"培训什么"和"如何培训"三个角度,论述政策如何对幼儿园教师的培训进行引领。 As the foundation of life-long education project, kindergarten education plays a leading role in improving the quality of the Chinese nation, and cultivating all kinds of talents at all levels. In addition to self-cultivation, the improvement of teachers' professional quality needs effective training. In order to improve the overal! quality of kindergarten teachers, and ensure the quality of kindergarten teacher training, China has issued a series of policies, guiding and ensuring the implementation of kindergarten teacher training from different angles. Based on the analysis of policies on kindergarten teacher training in recent five years, this paper discusses how to guide kindergarten teacher training from its reasons, contents and methods.
