摘要
在环境法学科教学领域里,传统的教学模式已不能满足教育之需要。研讨式教学模式已是成型的教学模式,在环境法学科教学领域里可构建新型的师生关系,可培养具有创新能力的专业人才。其具体展开可分为认真筛选研讨课题、知识与步骤讲解、分组讨论、展示成果、收集意见与点评五个步骤。
In the field of environmental law teaching, the tradi- tional teaching model can no longer meet the needs of education. Research-based teaching is a well-grounded teaching model, and it can construct a new-typed teacher-student relationship in the field of environmental law teaching, and cultivate talents with innovative ability. The specific implementation of the model can be divided into such five steps as careful selection of research topics, explanation of knowledge and steps, group discussion, display of resuhs, collection of suggestions and comments.
