A Tentative Exploration of China's "Circuit Court" System

本论文将分为两部分初探我国的巡回法庭制度,第一部分从三个角度分析我国巡回法庭中"巡回"的全新含义并结合当前的不足提出建议;第二部分对最高法巡回法庭所在审级的问题进行讨论,阐明看法。

This paper will make a tentative exploration of China＇s circuit court system through two parts. The first part analyzes the new meaning of ＂circuit＂ in China＇s circuit court from three an- gles and puts forward some suggestions in combination with the current shortcomings; the second part discusses the trial level of the Supreme Court and elucidates the writer＇s views.
