摘要
师范生的反思能力的培养是提高教师职业能力的重要手段和方法。本文通过分析师范生反思能力的现状,发现了师范生反思能力薄弱、缺乏反思方法、反思实践行为不够等问题。针对这些问题,从师范生自身角度提出培养师范生主体意识、掌握反思方法、树立批判性思维、在实践中注重反思等建议,引导师范生进行主动反思。
The cultivation of normal university students' reflective ability is an important means to improve teachers' professional a- bility. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the reflec- tive ability of normal university students, this paper finds that the students' reflective ability is weak, the reflection method is not e- nough, and the reflective practice is not enough. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as cultivating normal university students' subjective conscious- ness, mastering reflective methods, setting up critical thinking and paying attention to reflection in practice.
