河南省国标舞评审现状的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Status Quo of the Appraise of International Style of Ballroom Dancing in He'nan Province

本文根据研究目的,以河南省国标舞评审现状为研究对象,以河南省的288名注册评审为调查对象。通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对河南省国标舞评审的人数、裁判等级、年龄结构、学历层次、职业类型进行调查并进行分析,经过一系列调查发现河南省国标舞评审整体人数偏少,特别是高级别的国标舞评审,同时各地市评审数量不均衡。河南省国标舞评审年龄结构较为合理,年轻的评审发展较好。高学历评审偏少,专科及以下学历人员占比较大。以业余培训班教师较多,缺少在普通高校的专业教师。执裁机会较少,占半数以上的年轻评审有裁判证而不能实践使用。

Based on the purpose of the study, this paper takes the status quo of the appraise of international style of ballroom danc- ing in He＇nan Province as the research object, and takes 288 registered reviewers in Hc＇nan province as the survey object. With the methods of literature materials and expert interviews, this paper investigates and analyzes the number of reviewers, the grades of referees, the structure of ages and the type of occupa- tions. After a series of investigations, it is found that the number of reviewers, especially senior reviewers, is insufficient, and the numbers of reviewers in different cities are imbalanced. The age structure of reviewers for international style of ballroom dancing in He＇nan Province is rational and young reviewers develop well. There are few highly educated reviewers, and there are more re- viewers with college degree and degrees below it. There are more part-time teachers than professional teachers. There are few op- portunities to serve as referees, and half of them have referee qualification, but don＇t have the opportunity to practice it.
