With the development of mobile terminals and wireless communication technology, mobile learning has received more and more attention. It promotes learning at any time and any- where, breaking the traditional centralized training, which has been favored by more and more people. This paper introduces the definition of mobile learning, analyzes the advantages and appli- cation modes of mobile learning in the training of returning rural migrant workers, and puts forward the application strategy of mo- bile learning in the process, in order to promote the training of returning rural migrant workers.
