台湾地区职业教育的特色与借鉴

The Characteristics and Experience of Vocational Education in Taiwan

台湾地区职业教育起步较早,现已发展成为具备本科、硕士、博士学位授予权的完整现代教育体系,本文对台湾地区职业教育可供借鉴的地方进行了总结,提出了提升办学层次、打通回流管道、建设优秀师资队伍、发挥学生主体作用及做好传统文化教育等五个方面的建议。

Vocational education started earlier in Taiwan and has now developed into a complete modern education system with the fight to grant undergraduate degree, master＇s degree and doctor＇s degree. This paper summarizes the experience of vocational edu- cation in Taiwan, and puts forward five suggestions, that is, en- hancing the school-running level, training talents for vocational education, cultivating outstanding teachers, giving play to stu- dents＇ subjective role and effectively carrying out traditional cul- ture education.
