论辅导员视角下的留学生教育与管理

On the Education and Management of International Students from the Perspective of Counselors

在国际化教育战略的作用下,我国的留学生教育事业正在蓬勃发展。全国各地高校在发展留学生教育事业的同时,也面临着留学生教育与管理方面的巨大挑战。目前,在部分高校中,留学生辅导员是留学生教育管理的一线工作者,本文从此类教师的视角出发,探讨了留学生思想教育、心理适应及突发事件处理三大方面的工作开展和实施。

Under the influence of the international education strategy, the education of international students in China is booming. But the development of international student education in colleges and universities across China is faced with great chal- lenges in the education and management of international stu- dents. At present, in some colleges and universities, counselors are the first-line workers for the education and management of international students. From the perspective of counselors, this paper explores the ideological education, psychological adapta- tion and emergency treatment of international students.
