老年人中医养生知识认知与生存质量的相关性

The Correlation between the Cognition Level of Knowledge about Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care and Quality of Life in Elderly People

目的探讨老年人中医养生知识认知与生存质量的相关性,为制定健康促进策略提供依据。方法便利抽样321名老年人进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计、Pearson相关性分析、多元逐步回归的统计方法。结果老年人中医养生知识得分为21.7±7.13分,知晓率为51.67%;生存质量综合评分为67.94±20.48分,整体水平较好;Pearson相关分析老年人中医养生知识认知与生存质量呈正相关(r=0.124,P<0.05)。常用养生保健内容的认知度对老年人的生存质量影响最大(t=3.458,P=0.001),健康生活方式与行为次之(t=1.866,P=0.063)。结论老年人中医养生知识认知与生存质量密切相关,国家应采取有效措施提高老年人的中医养生知识的认知度,更好地维护和提高老年人的健康水平。

Objectives To explore the relation between the cognition level of knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine health care and quality of life in elderly people, and to provide scientific basis for developing strategics of health promotion. Methods Based on a questionnaire survey of 321 old people ,statistical methods included descriptive analysis method,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The total score of the cognition of knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine health care was 21.7 ±7.13. The awareness rate was 51.67%. The total score of quality of life was 67.94±20. 48. The overall level was good. The correlation study result showed that the cognition of knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine health care was positively with quality of life（ r = 0. 124, P 〈 0.05 ）. The cognition level of knowledge about common health care contents had greatest impact on quality of life for the elderly（ t = 3. 458 ,P = 0. 001 ）. The cognition level of knowledge about healthy lifestyles and behaviors was next （ t = 1. 866,P = 0. 063）. Conclusion The cognition of knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine health care was closely related to quality of life among the aged. Government should take effective measures to promote the cognition level of knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine health care among the elderly in order to better maintain and improve the health status of the elderly.
