高校师德现状及评价体系建设研究

Research on the Present Situation of Teachers' Professional Ethics and the Construction of Its Evaluation System in Colleges and Universities

本文在分析高校师德建设和考核评价现状基础上,多角度、全方位分析当前高校师德建设和评价体系存在的问题,提出了从树立正确的教育理念、明确师德考核评价标准、规范评价程序、加强制度建设、构建长效机制等方面构建并完善师德考核评价体系。

Based on the analysis of university teachers' professional ethics construction and evaluation, the author analyzes the problems existing in the construction and evaluation system of university teachers' professional ethics from multi-angled and comprehensive perspectives, and puts forward some measures to construct and improve the evaluation system for university teachers' professional ethics, such as setting up a correct education idea, making clear and regulating ethics evaluation criteria and evaluation procedures, strengthening the system construction, and building a long-term mechanism.
