摘要
在教育现代化进程中,面临高职院校大学生在自主学习、自主管理、自主发展方面存在的缺失,重庆电子工程职业学院物联网学院提出了"三自主"育人模式。本文在界定"三自主"育人模式内涵的基础上,探索了"三自主"育人模式下高职院校辅导员工作路径,以期达到"三自主"育人模式人才培养目标。
In the modernization of education, faced with the lack of self-study, self-management and serf-development of college students in higher vocational colleges, the "three-pronged inde- pendence" education mode was put forward by College of IoT of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering. On the basis of defining the connotation of "three-pronged independence" edu- cation mode, this paper explores the work path of counselors in higher vocational colleges, in order to achieve the talent cultiva- tion goal of "three-pronged independence" education mode.
