摘要
特殊教育的本质乃是促进特殊儿童的发展,而特殊儿童发展又必须遵循人的发展规律,符合人的发展规律的特殊教育衍生出从属性、主体性、合拍性、局限性、潜力性特点。从属性要求教育从属于儿童个体发展;主体性要求让儿童当家做主;合拍性要求教育目标符合社会真实面貌;局限性要求可教部分与不可教部分边缘清晰客观;潜力性要求科学寻找特殊的代偿部分。
The essence of special education is to promote the development of special children, and special children's develop- ment must follow the rules of the development of people. The special education meeting the rules of the development of people requires that education should subordinate to children's individ- ual development; education should treat students' as the master of learning; education objectives should conform to social realities; the content that is teachable and that content that is unteachable should be divided clearly and objectively; education should sci- entifically find special compensations.
