摘要
警察职业化建设要求治安学专业人才培养必须重视实践教学环节,而考核能够为实践教学的改进和提高提供导向参考。现有的实践教学考核存在着对考核的重要性认识不够,考核标准不明确、形式单一,考核内容和治安岗位业务标准有一定差距等问题。因此在治安学专业实践教学考核中要做到考核主体多元化、考核项目实战化、考核标准规范化、评价权重科学化。
The professional construction of the police requires that the training of professional public security talents should pay attention to practice teaching, while evaluation can provide a guidance for the improvement of practice teaching. There are some problems in the existing practice teaching evaluation, such as a lack of understanding of the importance of evaluation, unclear evaluation standards, a single form, the gap between evaluation contents and the business standards of public security. Therefore, in the practice teaching evaluation of public security science, we should make the evaluation subject diversified, the evaluation project practical, the evaluation criteria standardized, and the evaluation proportion scientific.
