谈谈构建江门二中住宿部管理制度

On the Construction of the Management System for the Dormitory Department of Jiangmen No.2 High School

广东省江门市第二中学住宿部于2015年成立,由于其管理制度尚未完善,在日常的教学生活中存在许多管理上的漏洞与不足,影响了住宿部整体工作的正常运行。笔者身为住宿部的主管,在任职期间实施多项措施完善住宿部的管理制度,力求打造一个良好的管理机制。本文分为三个部分简要介绍笔者在进行学校管理制度架构的经验,以期与同侪们互相交流。

The dormitory department of Jiangmen No.2 High school was established in 2015. As its management system is still imperfect, leading to some flaws and deficiencies in its management, which affecting the normal order of the overall work. As the supervisor of the dormitory department, the writer implements multiple measures to improve the management system, striving to establish a good management system. This paper briefly introduces the writer＇s experience of school management system from three aspects, hoping to exchange ideas with the readers.
