非遗视域下现代学徒制师资队伍建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Modern Apprenticeship Teaching Faculty under the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage

传统制作技艺与学徒制都是宝贵的遗产,与师徒、与传承、与文化有着天然的密切关系,是现代学徒制研究与实践很好的切入口。为此,我们依托非遗保护示范基地建设平台,创新校企合作模式,探索现代学徒制师资队伍建设新路径、新方法,取得良好成效,丰富了现代学徒制研究内涵,为当前我国职教开展现代学徒制试点工作提供了崭新视角。

The traditional production techniques and apprenticeships are precious heritage, which have a close and natural relationship with mentoring, inheritance and culture. Thus they are a good entry point for the research and practice on modem apprenticeship. Therefore, we relied on the construction platform of intangible cultural heritage protection demonstration base, made innovation in the school -enterprise cooperation modes, and explored a new path to construct the modem apprenticeship teaching faculty. It has achieved good results, enriched the connotation of modem apprenticeship, and provided a new perspective for the current vocational education in our country to carry out modem apprenticeship pilot work.
