摘要
本文在介绍现代学徒制成因的基础上,分析了现代学徒制的优势及困境,根据我国当前经济社会发展需求,结合学校实践经验,提出组建一个机构,打造双重标准,实现三个转变的基于现代学徒制的人才培养思路。
Based on the introduction of the origin of modern apprenticesrup, tnls paper analyzes the advantages and dilemma of modern apprenticeship. According to China＇s current economic and social development needs, combining with the practical experience in schools, this paper proposes the talent cultivation idea based on modern apprenticeship which forms a mechanism, builds double standards and realizes three changes.
