摘要 科学、准确定位人才培养标准与规格是教学质量有效提升的直接导向。职业学校办学方向的调适、定位与根本任务的落实、推进,关键是结合自身实际,围绕人才培养,制定有效教学计划,选择适宜的教学内容,有效提升教学质量,达成人才培养标准与规格,切实保障人才培养质量。 The scientific and accurate positioning of personnel training standards and specifications is directly and effectively oriented to the improvement of teaching quality. For vocational schools, the key to adjust and position the school-running orientation, implement and promote the fundamental tasks is to develop effective teaching plans, select appropriate teaching contents, improve the teaching quality and cultivate talent training standards and specifications according to its own reality, so as to ensure the quality of personnel training.
