摘要 现代学徒制是有政府引导、行业参与、企业与学校双主体育人的一种人才培养模式。工学结合是现代学徒制试点的核心内容,也是试行现代学徒制模式改革实践过程中最难解决的问题。江苏省泗阳中等专业学校根据工学交替、顶岗实习过程中存在的问题,积极采取相应的措施和对策,促进工学结合教学模式改革的顺利推行,真正实现人才培养与企业岗位能力要求的"零距离"对接。 Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode with government guidance, industry participation and school-enterprise double main body. Work-study integration is the core content of modern apprenticeship pilot trial; it is also the most difficult problem that needs to be solved in the practice reform of modern apprenticeship mode. According to the existing problems in the work-study alternation and internship, Jiangsu Siyang Secondary Vocational School actively takes corresponding measures and countermeasures to promote the work-study integrated teaching mode reform, in order to make the talent training meet the demand of enterprise post abilities.
