摘要
推行校企合作的人才培养模式,是职业教育改革的内在要求,也是中等职业学校提升办学水平的必由之路。本文以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》对职业教育发展的要求为出发点,解析校企合作的内涵与要求,并结合实际调查,指出目前校企合作工作存在的问题,分析产生问题的原因,提出相应的对策。
Promoting the school -enterprise cooperative talent training mode is the inherent requirement of vocational education reform. It is also the only way to improve the secondary vocational school-running level. This paper takes the requirements put forward in the ＂National medium and long-term educational reform and development program （2010-2020）＂ for vocational education as the starting point, analyzes the connotation and requirements of school-enterprise cooperation, points out the existing problems and causes in combination with the actual investigation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
