西药结合健脾化浊汤治疗H型高血压128例分析

目的:探究西药结合健脾化浊汤治疗H型高血压的疗效。方法:选H型高血压患者128例,均分为观察组和对照组。对照组服用西药治疗,观察组加服健脾化浊汤。记录降压有效率、血浆Hcy水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为84.38%,明显高于对照组的67.19%(P<0.05)。治疗前、治疗4周、停药4周时患者血浆中Hcy水平分别为(22.59±2.43)μmol/L、(13.41±1.50)μmol/L、(8.45±1.37)μmol/L,对照组对应数据为:(22.87±2.38)μmol/L、(14.81±2.02)μmol/L、(13.94±3.11)μmol/L。可见,治疗4周后两组Hcy水平均较治疗前有所降低,有显著差异(P<0.05),两组间无显著差异(P>0.05),停药4周后,观察组Hcy水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西药结合健脾化浊汤治疗H型高血压降压效果显著,停药后Hcy下降显著稳定,值得临床推广。
