阿托伐他汀非延续性治疗对冠心病伴高脂血症患者血脂及内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀非延续性治疗对冠心病伴高脂血症患者血脂及内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1~12月采取阿托伐他汀钙治疗的98例冠心病伴高脂血症患者作为研究对象,在患者治疗前、治疗4周后和停药2周后检测三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)以及ET和NO含量。结果:与治疗前比较,患者在服药4周后LDL-C、TC、TG含量显著降低,HDL-C明显升高,停药2周后LDL-C、TC、TG含量较停药前显著升高,HDL-C较前明显降低,治疗4周后血清NO含量显著增加,ET含量显著降低,停药2周后NO含量显著降低,ET含量明显增加。结论:阿托伐他汀钙片在治疗冠心病伴高脂血症方面具有较好的临床效果,能显著改善内皮功能,但突然停止用药2周后内皮功能和血脂改善情况显著减弱。
