构建湖南社会保障地区均等化评价体系的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Construction of an Evaluation System of Social Security with Regional Equalization in Hunan Province

本文界定了社会保障地区均等化的内涵,从起点均等、过程均等、结果均等三个维度构建了湖南社会保障地区均等化评价体系,通过熵值法和突变级数法,对湖南14个市州社会保障均等化程度进行了分析和评价。

This paper defines the essence of the equalization of the local social security system and structures equalization evaluation system of the local social security system in Hunan province from three dimensions that includes the equal beginning, equal process and equal outcome. Simultaneously, this paper utilizes entropy method and catastrophe progression method for analyzing and evaluating the extent of the equalization of the local social security system of fourteen prefectures in Hunan province.
