海南省安全生产责任保险实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Liability Insurance——Taking Hainan Province as an Example

本文通过对2011-2016年海南省安全生产责任保险统保示范项目运营的数据资料的分析,总结了该险种的运营特点,借鉴海南省安全生产责任保险统保示范项目的运营经验,提出了运用商业责任保险与安全生产工作相结合的手段,解决事故预防、灾害处置、利益保障等安全生产问题。

Based on the analysis of the data from the demonstration project of safety production liability insurance in Hainan province during the period 2011-2016, this paper summarizes its main characteristics. With reference to the operation experience in production safety liability insurance in Hainan province this paper proposes to combine commercial liability insurance and the work of production safety measures to solve the problem of production safety accident prevention, disaster disposal, interests security.
