脱贫攻坚背景下中国农业保险精准扶贫对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Taking Targeted Measures to Help People Lift Themselves out of Poverty through Agricultural Insurance Under the Background of Poverty Alleviation in China

文章结合中国农业保险精准扶贫运行机理,通过分析中国农业保险实施精准扶贫面临的挑战,对中国农业保险精准扶贫对策进行了研究。从大力开发农险产品和全面规范农险管理两方面对中国农业保险实施精准扶贫提出了建议。

Combined with the operation mechanism of agricultural insurance＇s taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty , analyzing the challenges faced by China agricul- tural insurance poverty alleviation, this paper makes a research on the policies of poverty alleviation by agricultural insurance and puts forward some suggestions, i.e. by developing agricultural insurance products and regulating the management of agricultural insurance from all around.
