益气化瘀通痹方治疗气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Yiqi Huayu Tongbi formula in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:为了提高气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果,分析和探讨应用益气化瘀通痹方治疗的价值。方法:根据患者就诊先后顺序从2015年3月—2016年3月来我社区卫生服务中心就诊的气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变患者中选取100例作为研究对象并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组,入组患者均按照糖尿病常规用药方案进行治疗,而对照组患者同时给予甲钴胺片口服治疗,而试验组患者则给予益气化瘀通痹方汤药进行治疗,比较不同用药方案疗效差异。结果:经过分析发现,试验组和对照组均取得治疗效果,但试验组患者证候总有效率更占优势,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变患者在常规用药基础上加用益气化瘀通痹方汤药治疗,有助于提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze and explore the value ofYiqi Huayu Tongbi formula and to improve the treatment effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis. Methods： 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis, treated in the community medical service center from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, both groups received routine diabetic treatment, the control group received extra oral administration of Mecobalamin Tablets while the experimental group received Mecobalamin Tablets oral treatment, the difference of two groups was compared. Results： After analysis, both the experimental group and the control group achieved therapeutic effects, but the experimental group was more effective, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： On the basis of the routine diabetic treatment, Yiqi Huayu Tongbi formula could improve the therapeutic effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis, it could relieve the patients and was worthy of promotion.
