健脾利湿补肾降浊方治疗高尿酸血症的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Jianpi Lishi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction in treating hyperuricemia

目的:分析健脾利湿补肾降浊方治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:抽取2013年11月—2016年5月我院84例高尿酸血症患者,随机分两组,每组42例。两组均给予生活指导,在此基础上对照组给予别嘌醇治疗,观察组给予健脾利湿补肾降浊方治疗,均治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:经治疗,观察组总有效率为85.7%,明显高于对照组64.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良发应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高尿酸血症患者给予健脾利湿补肾降浊方治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,且不良反应较少。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Lishi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment ofhyperuricemia Methods： 84 cases of patients with hyperuricemia treated in our hospital from November 2013 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. Conclusion： Jianpi Lishi Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction had significant curative effect and less adverse reactions in the treating patients with hyperurieemia.
