中医疏肝法治疗胃炎的应用价值及疗效初步观察与评估

Preliminary observation and evaluation of the application value and therapeutic effect of TCM Shugan therapy in treating gastritis

目的:研究中医疏肝法治疗胃炎的应用价值及疗效。方法:此次研究纳入的对象来源于2014年1月—2015年11月我院收治胃炎患者中随机抽取的83例。将上述83例胃炎患者随机分为西医常规组41例和中医疏肝组42例。西医常规组给予多潘立酮片、枸橼酸铋钾等西药治疗,中医疏肝组则在西医常规组基础上给予中医疏肝法治疗。比较两组患者:1胃炎缓解率;2治疗过程出现的不良反应;3干预前和干预后患者SAS评分、SDS评分、证候评分的差异。结果:1中医疏肝组较之西医常规组胃炎缓解率更高,P<0.05;2两组治疗过程出现的不良反应均比较轻微,P>0.05;3干预前两组SAS评分、SDS评分、证候评分相似,P>0.05;干预后中医疏肝组较之西医常规组SAS评分、SDS评分、证候评分改善更显著,P<0.05。结论:中医疏肝法治疗胃炎的应用价值及疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状和负性情绪,用药安全有效,值得推广。

Objective： To study the application value and curative effect of TCM Shugan therapy in the treatment of gastritis. Methods： This study included 83 cases of patients with patients, who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015, the above-mentioned 83 gastritis patients were randomly divided into the conventional western medicine group （41 cases） and TCM Shugan Therapy group （42 cases）. The conventional western medicine group received western medicine of Domperidone Tablets and bismuth potassium citrate while TCM Shugan therapy group received TCM treatment on the basis of conventional westem medicine treatment. The following indexes were compared： @the gastritis remission rate; @the side effects in the treatment process; @SAS scores and SDS scores, the differences between the syndrome score of patients before and after intervention. Results： ①The gastritis remission rate of the TCM Shugan therapy group was higher than that of the conventional western medicine group, P 〈 0.05; ②The side effects in the treatment of two groups were relatively mild, P 〉 0.05; ③SAS scores, SDS scores and syndrome score of patients before intervention were similar, P 〉 0.05; After the intervention; SAS scores, SDS scores and syndrome score of patients in TCM Shugan therapy group improved more significantly, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Shugan therapy had exact application value and curative effect in the treatment of gastritis, it could effectively relieve the clinical symptom and negative emotion, the medication was safe and effective and it was worth promoting.
