针药结合治疗肝郁脾虚证溃疡性结肠炎活动期的临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with medicine in treating liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of active ulcerative colitis

目的:观察针药结合治疗肝郁脾虚证溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺配合中药治疗,对照组采用单纯中药治疗,均治疗3个疗程。观察两组中医证候、主要症状疗效和总体疗效。结果:治疗组在中医证候、主要症状疗效和总体疗效方面均优于对照组。结论:针刺配合中药治疗能显著改善溃疡性结肠炎的中医证候和主要症状,总体疗效优于单纯中药治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in treating liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of active ulcerative colitis. Method： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group was treated with simple Chinese medicine, and both groups received 3 courses of treatment. The Chinese medicine syndrome, the main symptoms of efficacy and overall efficacy of two groups were observed. Result： The Chinese medicine syndrome, the main symptoms of efficacy and overall efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment could significantly improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and major symptoms of ulcerative colitis, the overall effect was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
