中医护理临床路径在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with herpes zoster

目的:对中医护理临床路径在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果进行分析探讨。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的带状疱疹患者110例,按照随机分配的原则,将其平均分为两组,对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理临床路径。对两组健康知识掌握情况,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,临床疗效及护理满意度进行比较。结果:经过相应方式护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的健康知识掌握情况优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对带状疱疹患者实行中医护理临床路径,可有效减轻患者疼痛,提高患者健康知识掌握度以护理满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with herpes zoster. Methods： A total of 110 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups; the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing while the observation group received clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine. The grasping of health knowledge, Visual analogue scale （VAS） score, clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing, the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The grasping of health knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine could effectively reduce the pain of patients with herpes zoster, it could improve the patients＇ grasping of health knowledge and the nursing satisfaction. Therefore, it was worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
