阴虚证中医临床疾病分布的文献研究

Literature study on TCM clinical distribution of Yin deficiency syndrome

目的:通过分析中医临床文献,找出具有阴虚证的临床疾病的分布情况,为阴虚致病的倾向性提供依据,进而为阐明阴虚致病机制指明方向。方法:检索中国知网近3年2014—2016年发表的中医临床研究文献,对文献中的涉及的西医病名规范化整理后,进行频数统计,对阴虚证最常见的两种疾病进行病因病机分析,阐明阴虚致病机制。结果:共纳入4044篇文献。阴虚证出现频次高低前20位依次为糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、中风、乙型肝炎、围绝经期综合征、肺癌、骨质疏松、肾炎、肝硬化、心力衰竭、肝癌、类风湿关节炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、Ig A肾病、多囊卵巢综合征、胃炎、肾功能衰竭、乳腺癌、失眠。结论:这些临床疾病与阴虚的关系密切,且阴虚是这些临床疾病的主要病因或者是常见病因之一。

Objective： To find out the distribution of clinical diseases with Yin deficiency syndrome, and to provide the basis for the tendency of yin deficiency, and to illuminate the mechanism of Yin deficiency syndrome by analyzing the clinical literature of TCM. Methods： Retrieval of clinical literature of TCM, published during nearly three years from 2014 to 2016, was made and the frequency statistics was made after the standardization of the western medicine names involved in the literature to carry out an analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of the two most common diseases of Yin deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency and to elucidate the pathogenic mechanism. Results： A total of 4044 articles were included. The top 20 Yin deficiency syndrome diseases were diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, hepatitis B, perimenopausal syndrome, lung cancer, osteoporosis, nephritis, heart failure, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, IgA nephropathy, polycystic ovary syndrome, gastritis, renal failure, breast cancer, insomnia. Conclusion： These clinical diseases were closely related to Yin deficiency, and Yin deficiency was one of the main causes and common causes of these diseases.
