针刺联合语言训练对脑性瘫痪患儿语言发育迟缓的改善作用研究

Effect of acupuncture combined with language training on language development delay in children with cerebral palsy

目的:观察针刺联合语言训练对脑性瘫痪患儿语言发育迟缓的改善作用。方法:选取2014年3月—2016年3月我院76例脑性瘫痪患儿,随机分两组,每组38例。对照组予以语言训练治疗,观察组予以语言训练联合针刺治疗,对比两组语言发育迟缓改善效果。结果:经治疗,观察组改善总有效率为92.1%(35/38),对照组为71.1%(27/38),观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑性瘫痪患儿给予针刺结合语言训练治疗,可明显改善其语言发育迟缓症状,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with language training on language development delay in children with cerebral palsy. Methods： 76 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given language training, the observation group was given language training combined with acupuncture treatment, the improvement effect of acupuncture combined with language training on language development delay was compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.1% （35/38）, and that of the control group was 71.1% （27/38）, the efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with language training on children with cerebral palsy could significantly relieve the language development delay symptoms, the curative effect was remarkable.
