复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床效果探究

Study on the clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer

目的:探析复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床效果。方法:将2014年9月—2015年9月接受我院治疗的60例晚期膀胱癌患者选取为研究对象,并按随机原则将其分为两组(对照组与观察组),对照组患者予以化疗的治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上予以复方苦参注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组的总有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(53.33%),且不良反应发生率(26.67%)低于对照组(60.00%),两组数据比较之间的差异均较大(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在化疗的基础上联合复方苦参注射液对治疗晚期膀胱癌患者的临床效果显著,有效地降低化疗毒副作用,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer. Methods： 60 cases of patients with advanced bladder cancer treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups （ the control group and the observation group）. The control group received chemotherapy and the observation group received compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy, the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group （93.33%） was significantly better than that of the control group （53.33%）, and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group （26.67%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （60.00%）, the difference between two groups was significant and was of statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy had significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer, it could effectively reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients, and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
