解郁安神汤联合中医心理疗法对中晚期肺癌患者抑郁情绪及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy on depression and immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的:探讨解郁安神汤联合中医心理疗法对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及抑郁情绪的临床疗效。方法:将60例中晚期肺癌患者,采用随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用解郁安神汤、中医心理疗法及常规对症支持治疗,对照组行常规对症支持治疗。14 d为1个周期,连续治疗2个周期。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)及免疫指标:T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+)及NK细胞评价疗效。结果:治疗组治疗前后抑郁量表评分(SDS)比较有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较,治疗组治疗后要优于对照组。治疗组免疫功能改善优于对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:解郁安神汤联合中医心理干预可以改善中晚期肺癌患者抑郁情绪,且能够调节机体的免疫功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy on depression and immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods： 60 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy in addition to conventional symptomatic supportive treatment while the control group received conventional symptomatic supportive treatment. 14 days formed a co/arse and the treatment lasted 2 courses. Self rating Depression Scale （SDS） and immune index： T cell subsets （CD3＋, CD4＋） and NK ceils were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results： Self rating Depression Scale （SDS） of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The improvement of the immune function of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy could improve the depression of patients with advanced lung cancer, and regulate the body＇s immune function.
