优质护理在心血管内科护理工作中的影响

The effect of high quality nursing in cardiovascular department

目的:探究优质护理在心血管内科护理工作中的影响。方法:选取该院心血管内科患者84例,随机分为研究组和对照组各42例,护理人员对两组患者分别提供优质护理服务和常规护理服务,护理结束后由专人向患者发放调查问卷反馈护理满意度,同时结合患者的临床治疗效果对两种护理模式的效果进行评价。结果:研究组的治愈率(26.19%)、缓解率(64.29%)明显高于对照组11.90%、42.86%,而恶化率(4.76%)、复发率(4.76%)明显低于对照组14.29%、30.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管内科护理工作中积极开展优质护理具有很高的可行性。

Objective： To explore the effect of high quality nursing in cardiovascular department. Methods： A total of 84 cases of cardiovascular patients in the the internal medicine department of the hospital Were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group, the nursing staff provided high quality of nursing service and routine nursing care in two groups of patients respectively, after the end of nursing, patients were given questionnaire to collect their feedback on nursing satisfaction, at the same time, nursing mode effect was evaluated in conjunction with the clinical curative effect of two kinds of nursing. Results： The cure rate （26.19%） and the remission rate （64.29%） of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, 11.90% and 42.86%, while the rate of deterioration （4.76%） and the recurrence rate （4.76%） of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, 14.29% and 30.95%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Carrying out high quality nursin- in cardiovascular department was of high feasibility.
