Relying on the historical opportunity of the transformation of old industrial bases, combined with the status quo of new materials industry, the aspects of policy support, increased investment, resource integration, deepening cooperation in production and research and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements have been made intensified efforts, so as to promote the healthy, fast and sustainable development of new material industry in Heilongjiang province.
