中职学校德育工作存在的问题及对策

中职学校学生德育教育工作是思想政治工作的重要组成部分,可使学生掌握相关理论知识,还能陶冶学生情操。德育工作是教学体系中参与教学评价的科目,具有非常重要的作用。中职学校的教育目标是培养与我国社会主义现代化建设要求相适应、全面发展、具有综合职业能力的技能型人才,但是目前的中职学校德育工作存在一些问题。中职学生是一个相对特殊的学习群体,厌学心理较严重,素质参差不齐,缺乏刻苦学习的毅力,由于德育工作评价系统并不完善,德育教学目标不明确,导致德育教学成果不理想。针对当前存在的问题,结合中职学校发展的实际情况,提出加强中职学校德育工作的有效对策。

The moral education of vocational school students is an important part of ideological and political work, which can make students master relevant theoretical knowledge and cultivate students＇ sentiment. Moral education is a very important role in teaching system. The educational goal of vocational school is to cultivate the skilled talents with the comprehensive professional ability, which is compatible with the requirements of the socialist modernization construction in our country. However, there are some problems in current vocational school moral education. Vocational students are in relatively special learning groups, who have studying-weariness, uneven quality and lack of perseverance. Moral education teaching results are not ideal due to imperfect education evaluation system and unclear moral education teaching objectives. In view of the existing problems, combined with the actual situation of vocational school development, effective countermeasures were put forward to strengthen vocational moral education.
