高职院校学生社团是校园文化建设的主力军,艺术社团是学生社团中重要的组成部分,也是繁荣校园文化、浓厚学术氛围的有效载体。在艺术社团中,其制度的规范化与多元化管理并存,规范化管理保证了艺术社团的正常运作,并成为团员遵守规章制度的基础。多元化管理针对不同艺术形式的社团设置不同的经营方法。虽然每个艺术社团都有指导教师,但仍要依靠学生的协作精神以及自我约束能力来完成社团工作。

The college students＇ community is the main force in the construction of campus culture. The art association is an important part of the student community. It is also an effective carrier of prosperous campus culture and strong academic atmosphere. The standardization of its system is combined with diversity of management in art community, standardized management has ensured the normal operation of arts community, and become rules and regulations for members to follow. Diversified management has set up different business methods for different forms of art. Although each art community has a mentor, the community work is still relied on the spirit of collaboration of students and their self-restraint ability.
