摘要
薪酬激励在人力资源管理中具有十分重要的作用,高校图书馆在薪酬管理上受学校薪酬制度制约,缺乏相对独立性,严重影响了高校图书馆的发展。高校图书馆薪酬体系构建应以专业技术职务为主,薪酬模式可从技能取向和价值取向两方面思考。
Salary incentive plays an important role in human resource management. The salary management of university library is restricted by salary system, which lacks the relative independence and has seriously affected the development of university library. The salary system of university library should be based on professional and technical positions, and the compensation model can be considered from two aspects of skill orientation and value orientation.
