新形势下提高大学生思想政治教育工作水平的思考

2016年12月,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上明确提出:"高校思想政治工作关系到高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题"。高校学生工作队伍是高校思想政治教育工作中的重要组成部分,为此,高校学生工作者要认真贯彻习总书记重要讲话精神,不断提高思想政治教育工作水平:一要明确形势,提高工作的针对性;二要不断创新,提高工作的实效性;三要加强自身建设,提高工作的科学性。

In December 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated in the conference on ideological and political work in colleges ： ＂The ideological and political work in colleges is related to the basic problem on what kind of people to cultivate in colleges, how to cultivate and cultivate for whom＂. The work on college students is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges. To this end, college students should conscientiously carry out the spirit of the important speeches of General Secretary and constantly improve the ideological and political education level. First, we should clarify the situation and improve pertinence of the work. Second, we must continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of the work. Third, we should strengthen our own construction and improve scientificity of the work.
