志愿者活动已经成为高校思想政治教育的一种重要方式,是大学生接触社会、发展社会能力和品质的根本路径。研究从高校思想政治教育的创新角度对志愿者活动的开展进行了分析,提供了志愿者活动对大学生思想政治品质的发展功能分析,提出了在大学生中开展志愿者活动对高校思想政治教育的意义,为新时期高校思想政治教育的有效变革,加速高校思想政治教育内涵与外沿的拓展提供了参考。

Volunteer activities have become an important way of ideological and political education in colleges. It is the fundamental way for college students to contact with society and develop social ability. This paper analyzes the development of volunteer activities from the perspective of the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges, provides the analysis of the development of volunteer activities on the ideological and political quality of college students,and puts forward the significance of volunteer activities in ideological and political education of college students, which provides a reference for the effective reform of ideological and political education in colleges in the new period.
