每一个校长都有一个以"学校发展、教师幸福、学生成长"为核心的"校长梦",这是校长心中的"中国梦"。以此为前提,校长圆梦的过程就是学校发展壮大的历程。以《国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要》(2010—2020)的公布实施为转折点,中国教育进入重要的战略转型期,处于改变当前教育现状,建立全新教育体制的重要阶段。在这巨大的改革洪流中,每一所学校都面临着巨大的生存考验,顺生逆亡的现实要求校长站在时代的高度规划学校的未来。在这特定的转型期,校长何为?
Each headmaster has a dream as the core of "' school development, teacher happiness, student growth, which is the "Chinese dream" of headmaster. The achievement of the dream is the growth process of school based on this. With the implementation of 《National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Program》(2010-2020), China's education has entered an important strategic transition period, which is an important stage in changing the current educational situation and establishing a new educational system.
