Each headmaster has a dream as the core of ＂＇ school development, teacher happiness, student growth, which is the ＂Chinese dream＂ of headmaster. The achievement of the dream is the growth process of school based on this. With the implementation of 《National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Program》（2010-2020）, China＇s education has entered an important strategic transition period, which is an important stage in changing the current educational situation and establishing a new educational system. In this huge torrent of reform, every school has suffered the test of survival, which requires the principals standing in the height of the era of planning the future of the school.
