Four steps of cosmetic plastic surgery in elderly eye pouch application value

目的探究四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼整形中的应用价值。方法选取2013年10月~2016年10月期间于本院就诊及治疗的70例老年眼整形患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各有35例患者,对对照组患者给予传统的下睑皮肤入路去除眼袋手术,对观察组患者给予四步法眼袋整形术,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(94.29%)与对照组患者(74.29%)相对比,组间差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗满意度(97.14%)与对照组患者(80.00%)相对比,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对老年眼整形实施四步法眼袋整形术的效果较好。

Objective To explore the four footwork pouch plastic surgery in elderly eye cosmetic application value. Methods In October 2013 - October 2016,clinic and treatment in our hospital during the period of 70 patients with senile eye plastic as the research object, according to random number table method is divided into two groups, each group has 35 patients, the patients were treated under the traditional eyelid skin purify pouch operation into the road, the observation group patients give four footwork pouch anaplasty, contrast and analysis of the effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group the treatment of patients with total effective rate （94.29%） patients （74.29%） compared with control group, there was difference between groups （P〈0.05）, to observe the treatment of patients satisfaction （97.14%） patients （80.00%） compared with control group, the clear difference between groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The aged eye plastic four footwork pouch operation effect is better.
