A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充微整形术重塑面下部1/3轮廓的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of subcutaneous injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid on the lower 1/3 of the remodeling surface

目的分析A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充微整形术重塑面下部1/3轮廓的效果。方法收取我院120例微整形手术患者,对患者实施A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充。结果 120例患者中,3例患者发生下垂、皮肤松弛、1例患者在微笑时脸部僵硬不自然,其他患者恢复良好,总体满意率为96.67%。结论 A型肉毒素咬肌注射联合玻尿酸颏部注射填充对微整形手术患者具有显著效果,不仅能重塑面下部1/3轮廓,还能使患者轮廓柔美。

Objective To analyze the effect of type 1 botulinum toxin muscle injection combined with hyaluronic acid on the lower 1/3 of the remodeling surface of microsurgery. Methods 120 patients with microfabrication were enrolled in this study. Patients with type A botulinum toxin were injected with hyaluronic acid. Results Of the 120 patients, 3 patients had sagging and skin relaxation. One patient had a stiff facial stiffness while smiling, and the other patients recovered well and the overall satisfaction rate was 96.67%. Conclusion The injection ofbotulinum toxin type A and the combination of hyaluronide injection has a significant effect on the patients with micro-surgery. It can not only remodel the 1/3 contour of the lower part of the face, but also make the contours of the patients soft.
