目的探讨促进乳腺癌保乳治疗美学效果相关技巧。方法将75例乳腺癌保乳治疗患者分为观察组36例和对照组39例,观察组严格遵循保乳治疗指征,采用小切口微创手术治疗;对照组患者为保乳治疗指征边缘,但患者积极要求实施保乳治疗,术中根据情况随时转乳房切除术。对两组患者术后乳房美学效果进行综合评价。结果观察组术后乳房美学综合评价明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论准确把握手术指征,灵活运用整形美容技术,提高手术者专业技能,做好围手术期护理,不仅能够提高治疗效果,而且还能提升美学疗效。

objective To explore the related techniques to promote the aesthetic effect of breast conserving therapy for breast cancer. Method 75 cases of breast conserving treatment were divided into observation group 36 cases and control group 39 cases, observation group strictly follow the indications of breast conserving therapy, using small incision minimally invasive surgical treatment; patients in the control group for breast conserving treatment indications in patients with a positive edge, but requires the implementation of breast conserving therapy, surgery according to the situation at any time turn mastectomy. Result The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.
