改良式双极松解治疗儿童先天性肌性斜颈的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of modified bipolar release therapy on congenital muscular torticollis in children

目的探析改良式双极松解治疗儿童先天性肌性斜颈的疗效。方法回顾选取本院2014年2月至2017年1月医治的78例先天性肌性斜颈患儿资料,因医治方案不同可分成2组,行推拿疗法医治的35例患儿设对照组,行改良式双极松解术医治的43例患儿设研究组,对比两组医治效果、胸锁乳突肌的挛缩长度及疗程。结果对照组医治效率80.00%比研究组97.67%低,比较差异显著具有统计意义(P<0.05);医治后研究组胸锁乳突肌的挛缩长度及疗程(0.20±0.02)cm、(96.61±20.53)d均较对照组(0.49±0.05)cm、(124.53±44.57)d优,比较差异显著具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论先天肌性斜颈患儿行改良式双极松解术医治可提高医治疗效,缩短胸锁乳突肌的挛缩长度,具一定临床应用与研究价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified bipolar release therapy in children with congenital muscular torticollis. Methods A total of 78 children with congenital muscular torticollitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively selected. The treatment regimen was divided into two groups： 35 patients treated with massage therapy, Improved treatment of bipolar release surgery in 43 children with study group, compared the two groups of treatment, sternocleidomastoid muscle contracture length and course of treatment. Results The healing efficiency of the control group was 80.00% lower than that of the study group （97.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The length of contracture of the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the study group was 0.20 ± 0.02 cm, （0.49 ± 0.05） cm, （124.53 ± 44.57） d, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of the therapeutic effect of the modified bipolar dislocation in children with congenital muscular torticollis can improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the contracture length of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. It has certain clinical application and research value.
